I work with women to improve low self-esteem.
If you feel low on self worth, high on self doubt, and worry life’s passing you by, then self-esteem counselling could be right for you.

Where better self-esteem begins…
We live in a high pressure world, where many factors can cause our self-esteem to falter. A difficult childhood, a hurtful comment or a toxic relationship can all damage our sense of worth. But low self-esteem can be renewed, repaired and replenished.
After completing our work together, many of my clients report a significant improvement in their self-esteem and self-confidence.

In person counselling £70
If you’re based in Saint Albans then I have beautiful counselling rooms right in the city centre.
In person counselling is an intense therapeutic experience where 50 minutes is put aside just for you. Your thoughts, feelings and emotions are the only focus of our sessions and my room provides the perfect comfortable, confidential and calming environment for this work.
Online counselling £70
If your schedule is packed from morning to night, or you don’t fancy the thought of face to face counselling, then online counselling provides most of the benefits, but with none of the logistical stress.
Virtual counselling can be carried out from the comfort of your own home, even in your lunch break, as long as you have an internet connection and a confidential space.
Whichever service you choose, I always offer a non-judgemental, empathic and confidential environment.

It can feel like a big leap to commit to counselling sessions, so I offer a free 30 minute discovery call. This allows you to explore how you’re feeling and gives you the opportunity to decide whether you’d like to work with me.
To arrange this call, just email me with some suitable days and times and I’ll be in touch.
